Terms & Conditions of Venue Hire

1. A completed application form and 10% deposit will confirm the booking. This will
indicate your acceptance of the following terms and conditions for hire of the venue.

2. Use of the venue and the facilities is at your own risk.

3. All current Covid19 regulations (both State & Federal) must be adhered to.

4. QR Codes must be used – a smart phone is available upon request to facilitate checking in.

5. Liquor Licensing Laws must be obeyed – under no circumstances must alcohol be
provided to persons under the age of 18.

6. Alcohol may be consumed within fenced areas of the clubhouse, excluding all greens. Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas between the clubhouse and
greens.

7. Zero tolerance will be given to swearing, threatening, aggressive or violent behaviour.

8. The Clubhouse should be swept and all rubbish placed in the appropriate bins
provided.

9. The kitchen facilities (if used) must be left in a clean and tidy condition – if desired an
extra $50 can be paid to cover cleaning costs following your event.

10. All appliances switched off – stoves and hot water urns). Fridges and freezers must be left
switched on.

11. The bar will close at midnight and all persons must be off the premises by 12.30am.

12. Full payment of hire must be made by the day of the event unless by prior arrangement.
